Course Overview: 100 Hour Yoga Training in Goa (Agonda)

This 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Goa (Agonda) is based on Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, offering a balance of strong foundations and creative movement. It’s ideal for those seeking a short yoga immersion without the intention to teach, as well as for practitioners and teachers wanting to deepen or rebuild their knowledge.
The course runs alongside the 200-hour YTT, giving you a chance to connect with like-minded individuals and follow the same schedule. It also supports continuing education for those who have already completed 200/300-hour training.

What You Will Learn

This course is designed to help you build a self-practice and integrate yoga into daily life. With a blend of Hatha (strength and alignment) and Vinyasa (flow and endurance), you will learn:

Proper posture alignment and modifications
Breath awareness and pranayama techniques
Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations)
Cleansing practices (Kriya Yoga)
Basics of yoga philosophy, styles, and concepts like the 3 Gunas and 5 Elements (Ayurveda doshas)
Anatomy fundamentals
Vinyasa Flow adds a dynamic and creative dimension, linking classical postures into smooth, energizing sequences.

Certification & Requirements

Attendance in all scheduled classes is mandatory to receive the 100-hour certification (excluding teaching practice, which is only for 200-hour students).
Upon completion, you will receive a 100-hour yoga certification from Ruh Yoga, a Yoga Alliance Registered School

How to Apply & Book Your Yoga Teacher Training in Goa

To apply for any of our Yoga Teacher Training Courses, simply fill out the online application form. Your application will be reviewed within one day, and you’ll be notified upon acceptance. Once accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email and will need to pay a €300 booking deposit to secure your spot. Your seat is confirmed only after this payment is received.

For payment, we’ll send you a PayPal request with instructions. You can complete the payment online using a credit card or bank account. The remaining course fee is to be paid upon arrival at the school.

Please note that the course fee, including the €300 deposit, is non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. However, in case of unavoidable circumstances, the deposit can be used for a future course within one year, provided you inform us at least two weeks before the course start date.

An early bird discount of €100 is available for advance bookings.

Arrival & Departure

CHECK IN: 12.00 pm Afternoon onwards one day before your course start date.
CHECK OUT: On or before 10.00 am Morning on the day of your course end date.
